The SAINT À VOIR warranty provides added reassurance to all of our valued customers so you can be 100% confident with your purchase.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged you need to make a claim.

To make a warranty claim simply email a photo of the item to our support team at hello@saintavoir.com along with your order number and we'll commence the warranty assessment process. Once approved you will then need to return your item so that we can process a replacement item for you or provide SAINT À VOIR store credit to spend on something else from our store.*

* If your SAINT À VOIR piece is lost, stolen, damaged purposely or damaged via a third-party, we can't cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty. Warranty covers the period of 12 months after initial purchase. Warranty does not cover plating or general wear & tear. Warranty only covers jewellery and excludes apparel.
